Bordering Rockcliffe Park, Manor Park is a small, family-friendly neighbourhood located on the east side of Ottawa. Established in 1948, it is the first post-war subdivision in Ottawa.
Manor Park is well-established with quick and easy access to downtown and plenty of green space. There are mature trees lining the streets with an abundance of surrounding green areas. Ample amenities are close for convenience. The neighbourhood has a strong community organization that offers a variety of courses and activities. Hiking, cycling, and walking trails on the Rockcliffe Parkway are just a short distance away.

Head to the Rockcliffe Parkway and you can check out the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. Both attractions are world class, with thousands of visitors each year – and are right in your backyard.

Transportation Around Manor Park
Residents of Manor Park have easy access to public transportation via OC Transpo routes 5 and 7, in addition to the St. Laurent Transit Station being a short distance away. Busing from Manor Park to downtown takes approximately 20 minutes, with Route 7 ending in the west end at Carleton University. If driving, both the Vanier Parkway and Highway 417 are easily accessible. Access to the Ottawa International Airport (YOW) is approximately a 30 minute drive.
