Neighbourhood Details

Designed in the "garden suburb" style, most of the homes have large backyards and mature trees. The community is noted for its plentiful green space and wide variety of architectural styles. Lindenlea has an active community association, in addition to a children's park, tennis courts, bowling green, and a community centre.

The green spaces and a novel street layout have made it attractive to families seeking a quiet place to live near the downtown core. Most of the small houses in the neighbourhood have received renovations. The community has ensured trees are protected and local roads remain narrow to slow traffic.
